Our Director of Coaching (DoC) is present at the fields during CYSA practices each weeknight. He is there to assist and support our volunteer coaches so that they can learn how to run effective practice sessions. He can show coaches which drills to use to target issues a team is having on game day or just improve the training experience as a whole. Coaches can book help by appointment by using the contact info listed above, or just grab him when they see him out at the fields to discuss booking a session.
